Plated dinner from Executive Chef, Joseph Weisz, designed to provide an elegant, gourmet culinary experience. 

8:00 - Special Presentation, Auction Action, and Live Music
Coordinated by event host and emcee Les Mwirichia of TBM Entertainment, live auction cry from Chad Daugherty with Daugherty Auction, and acoustic music by Brian Allen.
